FCCE was created in 2005 in Amsterdam by 2 successful businessmen Rene Mioch and Justus Verkerk.René Mioch, Chief Executive Officer and Producer, is a well regarded international film journalist who has been involved in the movie business for more than 30 years. He attended the Cannes Film Festival for the first time in 1978 and has not missed one edition since that time. Over the last 30 years, he interviewed all the international movie stars at numerous times and established not only a professional relationship with them but also a personal one. Justus Verkerk, Chief Commercial Officer, manages the company day to day operations. Former Sales Executive at Buena Vista International and All3 Media, he has been involved in the international TV business for many years including as Director Non Spot Advertising at SBS Broadcasting and also at IDTV.
